35 min. Yoga Flow + a Chakra Card Energy Reading to recharge and reset your energy! You will finish class knowing what energy needs more attention or balance in your body and daily life.

The Yoga and Chi for Wellness and Empowerment class will help you Reenergize, Replenish, and Realign your energy! This will be like a special, relaxing therapeutic session you didn't know you needed! Amidst the stressors we encounter in our daily lives we tend to accumulate tension and our energy gets blocked. Join us to realign and reset to a more joyful and blissful state!
