Grounding Practices

Take time out in nature to connect with your peace and ground yourself, specially in times of stress. Find surroundings with trees, water, animals, or flowers. Somewhere you find soothing. The healing elements of mother nature will help you feel rooted and stable as you engage in meditative moments with some key yoga poses.

Poses to try: Easy sitting pose, Tree pose, Star pose, Chair pose, and Warrior I, II, or III poses.

3 Minute Practice

Try this 3 minute practice with these energy-activating poses.

Set an intention for your day as you begin with the sitting movements.

3 breaths as you hold each pose. Repeat for both sides.

Follow each movement with the natural flow of your inhales & exhales...
