We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, purchase a service, respond to a survey, complete a quiz, sign up for updates, or fill out a form.  When ordering or registering on our site you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, birthdate, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information, as applicable to the service you are requesting.

We employ security measures and the use of a secure server to keep your information safe.  All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.

How we use and disclose information:

To process transactions.  Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

To administer a promotion, discount, or other website feature.

To send periodic emails. The email address you provide may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your purchase, occasional news, tips, and related product or service information that might be of your interest.  Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, please follow the instructions to unsubscribe listed at the bottom of the email.

We will not share your information without your direct consent.  Our operations contractors sometimes have limited access to your personally identifiable information in the course of providing products or services to 222innermasterystudios.com  These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with credit card processing, email distribution technology, services, product creation, and/or content for the operation, hosting, and maintenance of our Website.  Access to your personally identifiable information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function.  If necessary, we may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

Services

222InnerMastery Studios grants you the right to use the Services/Products you have purchased for your personal use only, in accordance with these Terms.  You may not transfer, copy, publish, exploit, reproduce, record, sell nor resell any Service or Product for your own gain or monetary profit, in English nor in any other language.  We reserve all rights that we do not expressly grant in these Terms.  We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any content or aspect of a Service/Product at any time.  If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have breached or violated any of the provisions of these Terms, we may terminate your right to use the Services or Products by cancelling your obligation for future payments if applicable, and without providing a refund.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to the following: errors in pricing, fraudulent orders, product/service availability, non-payment, or other reasons.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if a fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transaction is suspected.  You may not use our services or products for any unauthorized or illegal practice, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction through your use of our services and products.

Payment

If you decide to buy any service or product through our website, you may be asked to provide some information relevant to your purchase, including but not limited to your credit card number, your card expiration date, your billing address, and your shipping information.  You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the legal right to use the payment method in connection with your purchase, and that the information you provide to us is correct, true, and complete.  When you make a purchase, you authorize us to charge the credit/debit card you provide for a one-time payment, monthly payment, or installment payment plan, depending on which payment plan you select.  You authorize us to provide the information necessary to our connected third parties for facilitating the transaction and completion of your purchases.

Refund

In the event of you not being satisfied with a service or product that you have purchased, you will be eligible for a partial refund of the amount paid for that service/product if you email 222imasterystudios@gmail.com within 14 days following your purchase, specifying your request for a refund and the reason for your request. Please note refunds are only available for our 1 to 1 Coaching/Yoga/Mentoring packages. Retreat packages will offer a separate refund policy and will be specified in the Retreat Agreements.  We may offer an adjustment or credit towards another service or product available, if you opt for one of these alternatives.  No Refunds will be available after the 14 day window period.  Please note refunds for certain Products/Services might be subject to additional criteria if we specify as such on the site.  We retain the sole discretion to determine if the eligibility criteria for the refund is fulfilled.  If you receive a refund, you will not have the rights to use that product/service any longer.  If your request does not get approved for an eligible refund, you will be under obligation to continue making the required or remaining monthly payments applicable to your service/product. 

Limitations of Liability

You assume full responsibility and risk for your use of the services.  The services and products, are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

While we make efforts in good faith to include accurate information in the services and products, errors or omissions may occur.  In spite of our best efforts, information in a product or service on our site may have an error involving the price, may be inaccurately described, or may be unavailable.  If we are notified of errors or omissions, we will make our best efforts to correct them within a reasonable time.  We reserve the right to update or make changes to the information of our products and services at any time without prior notice.   We do not make representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, performance, completeness, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of the services and products that the services/products will meet all your requirements; that the site and services will function uninterrupted; and no warranties as to the results that will derive from using any of the information included in the services/products.  We shall not be responsible for any purported breach of these Terms of Use caused by circumstances beyond our control.

In no event shall 222InnerMastery Studios and its affiliates, directors, owners, founders, agents, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, and representatives be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages stemming out of or in any way connected with your use of, delay of use, or inability to use the services.  Our liability for any direct damages will be limited to the amount of fees you have paid for the product or service giving rise to such liability. 

You agree that you assume all responsibilities and obligations in respect to any decisions, suggestions, recommendations or conclusions made or offered as a result of the use of 222InnerMastery Studios’ services/products, including without limitation to any decision or action taken by you in reliance upon the products and services. 

You assume full responsibility and risk for the use of the Services and Products.  All verbal and written information provided through our Services and Products is intended for educational and informational purposes only.  No guarantee is given for achieving specific results using the strategies and ideas provided in connection with the Services and Products.  All ideas, concepts and strategies offered through our Services and Products are given as recommendations and suggestions.  You assume all responsibility for the decisions and actions you ultimately make during the course or after the use of the Products and Services.  None of the information provided in connection to the Services and Products is intended to represent nor replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, legal, nor other professional treatment.  Please consult with the appropriate professional or provider if you are seeking or needing this type of care, treatment or services instead.

Proprietary Rights

We own and reserve the rights to the Services and Products, any and all photographs, images, artwork, text, content, and other intellectual property uploaded and created by 222InnerMastery Studios to describe our services and products.  222InnerMastery Studios retains all rights in the Services and Products, including all copyright and other proprietary rights in all media worldwide.  You may not use the Services and Products except as specified in these Terms.

The Services may contain links to third party sites.  Please note we are not responsible for their content.  If you have questions or concerns involving those sites, please contact their respective site administrators or customer support.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold 222InnerMastery Studios harmless from any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs sustained by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim stemming from your use of our Products/Services, from Your Content, or from any violation by you or any user of your account of these Terms.

Law/Jurisdiction

These terms shall be regulated by the laws of the United States of America and the State of California.  You agree with us that any action or dispute between us will be determined and resolved exclusively by arbitration in the State of California.

By using any of the Services and Products, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and use of information as stated throughout these Terms and Conditions, and in the adjoining Privacy Policy. 

These terms are severable and may only be assigned by 222InnerMastery Studios at its discretion.  All notices to you required and permitted by you will be sent to you at your most recent email address on record.  Notices to us shall be emailed to 222imasterystudios@gmail.com
